After months of creating and intense planning, and weeks and weeks of hard work and rehearsals, we have taken our final bows.
There are feelings of amazing accomplishment, doing something that was near impossible, bringing this powerful story to life, making a difference. But there are also feelings of profound loss.
We are grateful to you for being a part of our incredible journey and for your support of our show. As artists, we perform for an audience, and it has been a wonderful and fulfilling experience performing for you.

Next to Normal is an entirely student-led theatre production at The Village High School and is the first production of its kind at The Village School.
Next to Normal is an unflinching look at a suburban family struggling with the effects of mental illness.
This deeply moving piece of theatre is an emotional powerhouse that takes audiences into the minds and hearts of each character.
Show dates are 2023 November 3, 4, 10, 11, with the performance starting at 7:00 pm each night, in The Village High School Blackbox Theatre, 13051 Whittington Drive, Houston, TX 77077. Performance runtime is approximately 2 hours. General admission ticket is priced at $15.
Next to Normal is rated PG13.
